Whirlwind lead-up
The past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind of activity for Civia. The Interbike booth has been crated up and shipped to Las Vegas. The show samples arrived, got photographed, got assembled, got photographed, got ridden, got photographed, then shipped to Las Vegas.
Now, we're doing last minute prep, pulling together lose ends before we fly out on Sunday.
I'm really pleased with how the samples look. I was more impressed with the appearance and functionality of the Cable Tunnel than I thought I would be. The colors that arrived are not final selections, just early samples that will guide us in making a final selection.
It's really satisfying looking back at how far we've come. Going from design strategy sessions to having functional samples in 5 months is pretty exciting.
...It's probably the pre-show excitement getting the best of me, but here's a spy photo of two of the completes on the light rail coming back from a photo shoot.
